Surgical Notes Invites ASCA 2018 Attendees to Run the RCM Marathon
Participants will receive marathon swag and a chance to win great prizes
Surgical Notes, a nationwide provider of revenue cycle services and solutions for the ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and surgical hospital markets, is inviting attendees of the ASCA 2018 meeting in Boston to participate in a special promotion taking place during the meeting: the Surgical Notes Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Marathon!
All attendees will receive a marathon “runner's bib” attached to the Surgical Notes folder in their registration bag. On the back of the bib is an entry form to complete and bring to Surgical Notes Booth #520. There, attendees will receive marathon swag and be entered into drawings to win a Fitbit Charge, wireless headphones, or Nike gift card. Surgical Notes will have extra runners' bibs at their booth for anyone interested in participating.
While at the Surgical Notes booth, attendees can learn how Surgical Notes clients have made significant operational and financial strides with its leading revenue cycle solutions designed exclusively for the ASC business office. Surgical Notes clients attending the event are also encouraged to stop by Booth #520 to say hello to their representatives and learn about the latest product offerings.
For added fun, attendees will receive a map of the exhibit hall, with a route plotted to take them to several RCM Marathon "zones," each chosen to represent similar destinations for Boston Marathon participants. There's the photo booth (fun zone), chair massage (energy zone), water station (hydration zone), ASCA booth (education zone), and finally the Surgical Notes booth, representing the RCM Marathon finish line. (Note: Attendees are only required to visit the Surgical Notes Booth #520 to receive swag and enter the prize drawing).
The top-performing ASCs know that Surgical Notes will keep pace with them for the long haul and are energized and ready to go the distance for their facilities! Attendees interested in arranging an on-site meeting with a Surgical Notes representative at ASCA can call (800) 459-5616 or email [email protected].
